Christian Lucke (1965)

Christian studied economy in East-Berlin and then worked as a consultant in West-Berlin. After three years he moved to the Netherlands to work with a Dutch consultancy firm. Through his work as management consultant and a course in Quality Management – Christian is a certified ISO auditor- he discovered lean as the perfect toolkit and approach for his consultancy work. Since then, Christian has been facilitating his clients’ complex lean implementation processes, integrating the improvement of work processes with team member and talent development. In 2000 he moved back to Germany close to the Dutch border. In 2008 he joined TAKT as our first man in Germany, after working with us for some time on a free-lance basis. Christian now works in construction, healthcare, service, retail and public administration. Clients include organizations such as Köster AG, Hertz, Compass Group and OBI. Working languages are German, Dutch and English. Christian is member of the supervisory board of the Lievegoed Zorggroep (Lievegoed Healthcare Group) in Holland and member of the Association for Social Development.
