Joseph Ricciardelli is a mechanical engineer with several years of experience as international consultant all over Europe, USA and Russia. He promotes the systemic building of customized continuous improvement programmes for organizations, from small and medium service companies to multinational manufacturing companies, up to the sustaining phase built upon a real people development inside the company.
Joseph is an expert in TPM with JIPM certified companies, Lean Management, World Class Manufacturing. He served as consultant in automotive (Fiat, Automotive Lighting, Iveco, FPT), in construction machinery (CNH), in logistic services (Stante), in food and beverages (Danone, Wrigley). And he has a wide experience as a plant manager for a medium size automotive supplier company.

Lean Management is like a town endlessly under construction… Arriving in this town, looking at all this work in progress, a visitor asks: “What is the meaning of all your construction? What is the aim? Where is the plan you are following, the blueprint?"
The workers answer: "We will show it to you as soon as the working day is over; we cannot interrupt our work now."
Work stops at sunset. Darkness falls over the building site. The sky is filled with stars. "There is the blueprint." they say.
