Rainer Nemitz (1957)
Rainer is an electronic engineer and has been employed by Philips, Jagenberg (machines for the paper industry) and Tetra Pak for 16 years. He was quality manager, project manager and developer of production lines, head of repair and maintenance, head of technical training centers and head of personal development and apprenticeship. Rainer built and restructured several departments and redesigned many processes, increasing output up to 40%.
Since 1999 Rainer Nemitz has been self employed, acting as coach for managers and teams and as consultant for process optimizing and change management. He typifies his work as individual, people focussed and result orientated. Rainer focuses on a vision driven and practical lean transformation. His clients are companies with a technical background as well as companies in retail and insurance. In 2009 he joined TAKT, to focus entirely on lean processes and project efficiency.
Lean is like juggling - keeping for excellence. And excellence is a habit. Do it as easy as possible, but not easier – and then do it again and again. Become superior, and enjoy the way.
