Ton Hodes (1968)
Ton Hodes has worked as a management consultant and trainer ever since 1991 –when he sold his first business, a career development center-. In his consultancy work Ton focuses on the implementation of lean as a philosophy, integrated with people development and clear strategic vision. He has expertise in most of the lean tools, has done a lot Value Stream Mapping and is an experienced facilitator of Rapid Improvement or Kai Zen Workshops. Ton applies lean to a variety of organizations. He has been working in manufacturing, product development, sales, administrative and service operations across Europe. Among his clients are companies as: Philips, Fokker, Libbey, GTI, Fokker Services, ABN/AMRO, Sparkasse, Ernst&Young, SmithKlineBeecham, Nestlé, Friesland Foods, AVR, De Meeuw, Heembouw, several governmental and healthcare organizations.
