Lean Practitioner Certification Training
This unique training, Lean Practitioner has been developed for all managers, project leaders and team leaders who are or will be appointed to implement LEAN in their organizations. The successful formula of this training hides in the fact that you will gather not only thoroughly knowledge as the fundament for your expertise. You will also go to the shop floor to apply this knowledge in your own company, supported by the expert coaches of TAKT. Training and consultancy on the job at the same time, which will result in effective LEAN improvements in your own organization! Learning and doing. That is the unique formula of Toyota Way Academy.
The experienced and expert consultants/trainers of TAKT leads you to:
- A thoroughly knowledge and understanding of (the impact of) the Toyota Way principles;
- Independent implementation and supporting of LEAN in your own company;
- Independent and inspiring leader of improvement teams;
- Run your own KaiZen-events or improvement projects;
- Direct (measurable) results and sustainable improvements;
- cost savings higher than the investment in the training (frequently a multiple of it) .
The training Lean Practitioner is founded on LEAN in its purest form as developed in the past 50 years within Toyota Motor Corporation. This training is part of the international Toyota Way Academy of Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Liker. These internationally recognized authority in the field of Toyota’s secret to success, wrote the best-seller `The Toyota Way’. Participants who meet the conditions, will receive a certificate from Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Liker.
The training consists of 5 Classroom-modules of two consecutive days. These are given in TAKT-house in Eembrugge, The Netherlands. In the weeks between these modules you’ll be doing and adjusting at your own shop floor, working successively on 3 improvement project. Your progress, experiences and results at these projects are regularly reviewed under supervision of your trainer/consultant. The consultant will also pay a visit to your company to get insight in your work environment.
